And I am sorry for the slight delay of my updating this blog. I overslept a couple of nights, partially become I injured my right leg well doing unecessary splits down the stairs and bending my right leg foot and toes the way they are not suppose to bend so ouch.. Took me to two hours to fix myself a meal last night.. So even with Crutches I am being forced to slow down.. way more than I wish... which pushes all my internet activities further and further behind...
